Just some of my favorite recipes.
Delicious mashed potatoes that can be eaten right after made, or topped with cheese and baked later. Substitute green onions with chives or other spices if desired.
A spicy fried chicken recipe that's super simple to make and very satisfying! I usually use chicken thighs. They usually run cheaper and the dark meat complements the spice very well.
This is my all-time favorite bread to make at home. It ends up sweet, moist, and you don't even need butter on it. I like to top it with cheddar or jack cheese to make it even better.
Top these with the classic salt, or cheese and japaneos for more of a kick. Make sure to roll these out more than you think, when they rise in the oven they may end up more like bagels if you don't roll them thin enough.
A baked egg dish that you could add anything to, but here are my favorites.
